Tell us what happened

This form is the firm's own client-management system, embedded here, so a message arrives as a file rather than as an email somebody has to retype.

Sending a message does not create a solicitor and client relationship, and nothing sent through this form should be treated as confidential until the firm has confirmed it can act for you. What the form stores, and where, is set out in the privacy policy.

The office is on Bovaird Drive East with parking on site. Appointments are preferred over walk-ins so the right person is there when you arrive.

Before you call

What people ask before getting in touch

4 answered here

What to bring, how quickly somebody replies, and whether the office can see you outside published hours.

What should you have ready?

Any dated document, because deadlines decide urgency. For an immigration refusal bring the decision letter. For a ticket bring the ticket itself, which has the date printed on it.

How soon will somebody get back to you?

Telephone calls during office hours are answered as they come in. Messages left outside those hours and enquiries sent through this form are answered the next working day. If a deadline falls within the week, say so in the first line of the message and it is moved up the queue, because a date printed on a document is not something either of us can negotiate with.

Can you meet outside office hours?

Occasionally, and by arrangement. The published hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and that is when the office is staffed. Where a deadline or a shift pattern makes those hours impossible, say so when you call and something is usually workable, particularly for a first meeting that can be held by telephone.

Is parking available at the office?

Yes. The Brampton office on Bovaird Drive East has parking on site and is reachable by transit. Appointments are preferred over walk-ins so that the right person is present when you arrive rather than in a hearing somewhere else.

What to bring depends on the matter. Refusal letters and permit deadlines are covered under immigration law, and the date printed on a ticket under traffic tickets.
